These two trails have been recently cleared of spring overgrowth and fallen branches, so it’s a perfect time for you to explore! Black River Park trail is a beautiful level walk along the waterway, and connects to trails in Randolph and Mine Hill. The parking area is located on Main Street in Succasunna, behind Suburban Furniture. Riggs Trail is a short level walk which shows off remnants of the Morris Canal; it’s located behind Puffin Jewelry on Route 10 West. More info on hikeroxbury.org.
